Hematuria
Hematuria is a possibility. This medical term describes the presence of "blood
in the urine". Most often, hematuria is microscopic and only detectable
through laboratory testing (see urinalysis in the TEST FILE). Gross hematuria
can be diagnosed by general inspection of the urine; it will appear pinkish to
red in color.
